It also gives me the opportunity to share with you how I could help you to achieve that.  Then, if you choose to book in a coaching session, here's how it will work.

In a private, confidential space, together you and I will build a trust-based relationship.

Your Personal Goals


We'll do a little further exploration.  I will help you establish your personal goals.  Using coaching techniques tailored to your needs, you will first identify the barriers that have been stopping you from achieving those goals and then learn how to make changes to work towards achieving them.

Smashing Barriers


I will help you to identify ways you can Smash those barriers.  Taking step-by- step actions, you will gradually start moving towards your goals.

Private, face to face or Skype sessions are available.  I can  help you get started with Skype if you're not already set up.  90 minute sessions are possible Monday to  Thursday between 10am and 4pm.  But I'm flexible so talk to me if these times don't always work for you.
