These retreats are time and space for you to take a deep dive into nourishing and connecting with yourself.
Experience deep grounding and relaxation through gentle yoga, breathwork and mindful meditation.
Suitable for anyone who wishes to leave the world behind for a few hours and restore inner peace.

MIND, MUSCLE CONNECTION
Do you take for granted the work your body carries out for you every day? Each time you move, bend, stretch, reach and lift you command your muscles to carry out these actions but without necessarily being aware of it. This can lead to aches pains, strains and further injury. Add to this the natural decline of muscle mass, metabolism and joint health as we age.
Join Mike and I in this 2 hour workshop combining 8 exercises and 8 corresponding yoga poses to raise awareness of your body's conscious muscular system and the everyday way that you can better use it to:

Mike is a fully qualified level 3 Personal Training and Gym Instructor and the man behind M:Power, focusing on personal training for people over 40 looking to maintain strength, mobility and overall health whilst minimising risk. Through his many years as a professional in health and community roles he has learned the importance of taking a person centred approach to support and treat everyone as equal. His aim is to facilitate, not intimidate. Mike believes in a holistic approach to fitness combining strength training, cardiovascular exercise and flexibility routines.
So we think Mike's personal training and my yoga is a great combination to help you raise your awareness and your fitness at the same time and have some fun with us along the way!
