Sandra is a qualified Life Coach and Yoga Teacher who is passionate about self awareness as a gateway to truly understanding who you are and what makes you tick, so you can make the right life choices and live according to your rules.
Emma is a qualified polyvagal informed holistic counselor and energy healer. Her focus is to help you join up the dots of your life and forge a new kind of relationship with yourself, one that unites body and mind so you can navigate the menopause and midlife transition with better emotional health, wellbeing and purpose.
