Walk it Out is Life Coaching in nature.
You walk, you talk but you also get to think, exercise, enjoy beautiful surroundings, fresh air and the peace and tranquility this brings.
Walking allows you to think things through and clear your mind. When we’re walking our brain becomes more engaged, active and alert. Experiments have shown that walking makes it easier for us to direct and control our attention and thinking.
It makes sense then to combine Walking with Life Coaching. You get all of the benefits of walking with the addition of coaching to help you gain new perspectives, find solutions and create the life you imagine.
About the sessions
Walk it Out sessions are a minimum of 2 hours to a maximum of 4 hours. You decide which would suit you best but we can also discuss your needs beforehand in one of my free 30 minute phone consultations. One Walk It Out session might be enough but you can pick and choose times if you want further sessions and It’s possible to combine Walk It Out sessions with online or traditional indoor (when possible) face to face sessions.
Walk it Out Venues
In Cornwall there is no end to the beautiful walks available. My local walks include the National Trust Penrose Estate with a café for a cuppa by the walled garden if you fancy. Tides permitting there’s a lovely walk from Porthleven beach all the way to Loe Pool and beyond.
If you have a favourite walk near you then I’m happy to travel to you within reason. Travel time will be charged per mile as an extra.
Walking outdoors can be unpredictable so you will be asked to sign a disclaimer regarding any injuries sustained during your Walk it Out session.
